Information used by the lab

We store your account email, password hash, order access status, course and kit study records and the blueprint answers you choose to save. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Do not include sensitive personal information in your blueprint.

Cookies and service providers

An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Digistore24 processes orders under its own privacy policy when used for checkout. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Account control

Sign out to end your current session. Resetting your password invalidates existing sessions. You can export your video blueprint as a Markdown file. Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion requests.

Retention

Account content is kept while needed to provide your membership and handle support. Expired sessions and temporary rate-limit records are removed automatically. Order records may need to be retained for applicable business and legal requirements.

Email preferences and unsubscribe instructions

To stop receiving promotional emails from ViralTube Lab, email [email protected] with the subject “Unsubscribe”, using the email address you want removed. You may also reply to any email from us requesting removal. We will process your request within 10 business days.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not cancel your purchases or member access. Essential service emails, such as purchase access, password resets, security notices and replies to your support requests, may still be sent when necessary. Emails sent directly by Digistore24 are managed separately; use the contact or email preference options provided in those messages.
